According to Denti-Cal, adult Medi-Cal beneficiaries (over 21) may still qualify for Denti-Cal coverage if you:

• Need a tooth extraction
• Are pregnant
• Are a senior and live in a nursing home
• Have a developmental disability
• Have a genetic handicap
• Need dental care in order to undergo medical treatment
• Need continuing care for dental treatment that started prior to July 1, 2009

Certain rules and guidelines do apply.
